Working moms don't have time, we MAKE time

As a Chief Marketing Officer and mom of 2 boys, what I learned climbing the corporate ladder over the past decade is that there is NEVER enough time. As women we place everyone else’s needs above our own. Which means we always feel behind on OUR GOALS

My signature Daily ME time Method, empowers busy women to show up for themselves the way we do our careers and our families.

The outcome is days that are more fulfilled and productive.

Chief Marketing Officer and Career Mentor to Women in Business with 15 years experience

To be the best version of you, for the ones you love the most, you have to stop putting yourself last.
I was climbing the corporate ladder, fast. Then I got pregnant and I was told (by a female mentor no less) “you’ll need a plan so you don’t have to leave work if someone gets sick”. As if kids would limit my career. That stuck with me.
There are always “life” things that pull us away at “work” (mentally or physically). and work things that pull us away from life. We don’t leave one at the door.

The two worlds are one, and my life makes my work that much better.

Being a mom of 2 and working full time (70 hrs a week) is hard. It’s survival mode. Balance is possible but its not a schedule, its a feeling. You have to do the internal work.

I was drowning UNTIL I started showing up for my health the way I show up for my career, my family, and my friends.
I found a step by step process that helped me show up for myself, the way I show up for everyone else in my life.
I’m here to teach you this same process!
